Inessa looks like a typical toddler…  She is only 27 months old. What makes her different from other children  is that there’s nothing promising about her future.   Not only was Inessa rejected by her mother, she also tested positive for HIV.

There’s not much hope in her situation.  She will never find a loving home in her own country. However, she may be lucky enough to be accepted by an international family... It's our hope that this child will be noticed by a very special family who has love, compassion, and means to take this child and raise her as their own...
